What This Agreement Covers
Account Eligibility
All ph465 account holders must be at least 21 years of age and a Philippine resident with a valid, verified government-issued ID. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be permanently suspended and any balance returned after investigation.
Account Security

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and ph465 ("Company," "ph465," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph465.co and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

ph465 operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the national body vested by the Government of the Republic of the Philippines with authority to regulate and license gaming operations. This Agreement is governed by Philippine law.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- "Account" means a registered ph465 user account created by a Player following successful completion of the registration and verification process.
- "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your ph465 Account wallet at any given time.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ph465 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
- "Games" means all online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, virtual sabong, bingo rooms, and fishing games available on the Platform.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

- "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funds stake placed on any Game available on the Platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility
To register a ph465 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:
- You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines, as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations, is 21 years. ph465 applies this requirement without exception to all Account holders.
- You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
- You are accessing and using the Platform from within the territory of the Republic of the Philippines, or from a jurisdiction where online gaming as offered by ph465 is not prohibited.
- You are not a PAGCOR-registered excluded person or subject to a self-exclusion order that covers ph465's platform.
- You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of ph465 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
- You have not previously had a ph465 Account suspended or permanently closed for breach of this Agreement.
Each Player may register one (1) Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances pending investigation.
By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and residential address — is accurate, complete, and current. You undertake to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change.
Account Verification (Know Your Customer)
ph465 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended) to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing any withdrawal. Account verification — commonly referred to as KYC — requires the submission of the following documents:
- Primary ID: A clear photograph or scan of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document bearing your photograph, full name, and date of birth. Accepted documents include: SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Philippine Passport, and Driver's License.
- Selfie Verification: A live or recent photograph of you holding the same ID document submitted above.
- Proof of Address (where required): A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months, bearing your name and current residential address.
ph465 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage if required by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or internal compliance assessment. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph465 may result in suspension of withdrawal processing and, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent Account closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits. ph465 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's Cashier page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit fees, where applicable, are displayed in the Cashier prior to transaction confirmation. ph465 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered under your verified name.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible, as a standard anti-money laundering control. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees are specified in the Cashier interface. ph465 targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals from verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically settled on the same business day.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. A withdrawal request may only be submitted by a Player whose Account has completed KYC verification. ph465 reserves the right to apply an additional security review to a Player's first withdrawal. ph465 will not process a withdrawal where the source of the deposited funds cannot be satisfactorily identified, or where AML concerns are present.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the ph465 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph465 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by your financial institution or e-wallet provider.
5.5 Inactive Account Fees. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. ph465 will send notification to your registered mobile number prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. The applicable fee rate and procedure will be communicated at the time of notification.
Gaming Rules and Conduct
All Games offered on the ph465 platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where the individual game rules impose a more specific or stricter standard.
All slot and virtual games on ph465 operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified and audited in compliance with PAGCOR technical standards. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real-time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play.
In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error affecting a game outcome, ph465 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings arising from a demonstrably incorrect game outcome caused by a technical error are not valid and will not be honored.
Players are expected to conduct themselves with courtesy in all platform interactions, including live chat features and live dealer game interfaces. ph465 reserves the right to mute, restrict, or ban any Player who engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward ph465 staff, dealers, or other players.
Bonuses and Promotions
ph465 offers various promotional bonuses including, without limitation, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to this Section 7 and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which shall be made available to the Player at the time the promotion is offered.
7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds (or winnings derived from bonus funds) may be converted to withdrawable Balance. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 25× means you must wager the bonus amount twenty-five times).
7.2 Game Contribution. Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement fulfillment. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
7.3 Bonus Abuse. ph465 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold any winnings derived from a bonus, and suspend or permanently close an Account if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using bets that hedge against each other to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of genuine gaming.
7.4 Time Limits. Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified time limit will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ph465 Platform — including but not limited to the ph465 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and any original works created by or on behalf of ph465 — is owned by or licensed to ph465 and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of ph465.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph465 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering or using the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3, including if you are under 21 years of age.
- Operating or attempting to operate multiple Accounts.
- Using fraudulent, stolen, or third-party payment methods without the authorisation of the account holder.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner, including for the purposes of placing bets or collecting bonus offers.
- Colluding with other Players in live dealer games, poker, or any other game to gain an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any such discovery must be reported to ph465 support immediately.
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction for the benefit of any third party not disclosed at registration.
- Engaging in match-fixing, betting syndicate activity, or any form of corruption in relation to the sports events on which ph465 offers wagering markets.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during the Account registration, KYC, or ongoing account management process.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph465 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings claimed to result from a technical error, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.
ph465's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of the Player's verified Account Balance at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.
Nothing in this Section shall limit ph465's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
ph465 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph465 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or in the event of force majeure circumstances.
Privacy and Data Protection
ph465 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and the implementing rules issued by the National Privacy Commission. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the ph465 Privacy Policy.
The ph465 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, describes in detail what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we retain it, your rights as a data subject, and the circumstances under which we may share your data with third parties (including PAGCOR, AMLC, and payment processors) as required by law or our regulatory obligations.

Responsible Gaming
ph465 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all players on the Platform. As required by PAGCOR regulations, ph465 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly maximum deposit caps settable by the Player via Account Settings.

Account Suspension and Termination
ph465 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the Prohibited Activities in Section 9.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Compliance with a directive, order, or request from PAGCOR, AMLC, a Philippine court, or other competent authority.
- Regulatory requirements that prevent ph465 from continuing to provide services to a particular Player.
In the event of Account termination for cause, ph465 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account. Verified real-money Balance (excluding funds subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record following completion of any compliance review, which may take up to thirty (30) business days.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ph465 support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Balance will be processed for withdrawal. Active bonuses will be cancelled on closure without redemption.
Amendments to These Terms
ph465 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Player rights or obligations, ph465 will provide notice via: (a) a prominent notice on the ph465.co homepage, (b) an SMS notification to your registered mobile number, or (c) both, at ph465's discretion. The notice period for material amendments will be at least fourteen (14) calendar days.
Amendments that are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons may take effect without advance notice. In such cases, ph465 will publish the updated Terms as soon as practicable and notify Players within 72 hours.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
15.1 Internal Complaints Process. In the event of any dispute between you and ph465, you should first contact ph465 customer support via live chat or at the contact email address in Section 16. ph465 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. ph465 is committed to resolving all legitimate complaints promptly, fairly, and in good faith.
15.2 PAGCOR Escalation. If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph465's internal complaints process, and the subject matter falls within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, you may escalate your complaint directly to PAGCOR in accordance with their published Player complaint procedures.
15.3 Judicial Proceedings. Any dispute not resolved through the processes in Sections 15.1 and 15.2 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in the City of Manila, unless otherwise required by PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
